Mr. Rahul Gambhir possesses over 30 years of rich
leadership experience across renowned consumer brands and has a proven track record in business
growth, transformation, and turnaround management. Throughout his career, he has held senior
leadership positions with leading organizations, including Johnson & Johnson, Tommy Hilfiger, Red
Bull, Twinings, and Monster Energy.
He brings extensive experience across multiple business functions, geographies, product
categories, distribution channels, and management environments, enabling him to successfully
build, scale, and lead diverse businesses. His expertise spans strategic planning, sales and
marketing, business development, channel management, organizational leadership, and operational
excellence.
Mr. Gambhir holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from Birla Institute of Technology and
Science, Pilani and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Marketing) from Indian Institute of
Management Bangalore.
He is currently engaged in the consulting business, where he advises mid-sized enterprises and
technology-driven companies on growth strategy, market expansion, channel development, and
business transformation initiatives.
