Roles and Responsibility:
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  • Work on monthly, quarterly, and yearly closure of books of accounts, MIS and reporting to various stakeholders as needed
  • Oversee the accounting department and ensure the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance, variances from Budgets
  • Ensure compliance with Ind AS and other reporting requirements
  • Monitor all financial transactions, report on company financial health, and ensure systems are in place for the review of financial information.
Internal Controls and & System Developments:
  • Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial information
  • Ensure compliance with Accounting and Auditing requirements of internal controls
  • Strive for continuous improvement in systems and integrations, and work on automation to improve systems.
External Stakeholder Management
  • Work with the Statutory and Internal Auditors effectively and implement the changes, and communicate the outcomes to the business stakeholders
  • Gathering and reviewing financial data for audits
  • Resolve audit findings and discrepancies
  • Act as a primary point of contact for tactical data requirements and query resolutions
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Partner with business leaders and peers to drive the organization goals
Qualifications:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience with exposure mid-size listed but fast-paced companies.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting requirements including Ind AS
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is must and Advance Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to deal with external and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in fast fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and limited clarity

Modular Kitchen Designer

Nashik

Roles and Responsibility:
  • Plan, design and furnish interiors of residential and commercial spaces.
  • Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes as well as visually pleasing.
  • Work to a brief, which details/what space will be used for and find out the clients personal ideas and requirement.
  • Produce rough sketches and a mood board (a collection of suitable images, color and material).
  • Research and draw up plans, develop detailed design and choose material.
  • Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) software to produce construction/shop drawings.
  • Prepare and render 3D views for presentation in form of 3DS Max or Google sketch up with V Ray render for client approval.
  • Update and use relevant knowledge. Keep up-to-date technically and apply new knowledge to the job.
Skills required:
  • Auto Cad - 2D & 3D : planning, shop drawings.
  • 3D Max, Google Sketch up with V Ray Render Experience and Education
Qualification:

  • Prepare and manage cash float and petty cash.
  • Handle and track gift vouchers.

  • Trend Analysis:
  • Stay updated on the latest kitchen design trends, technologies, and best practices.
